Digital Services: Digital Imaging

Natural Color Lab was the first wedding/portrait lab to enter the field of digital imaging in New England. Our artists are experienced and ready for your challenge. This technology allows us to accomplish digital enhancements, which would be impossible by traditional artwork. For example, combining elements from two different images, changing heads from one group shot to another, altering a background to a standard studio backdrop, adding type - the possibilities are virtually endless. If you are unsure if can be done, just call and ask.

Estimates are provided upon request and also automatic on jobs requiring $50.00 or more in artwork charges. Your order will be returned to you after two weeks if a go ahead is not received and your account will be charged a $3.00 fee.

When submitting work for estimates, please include a proof, or we will print one at a $3.00 charge. If you are submitting a negative, it must be receicved in a crop card or it will be returned to you immediately as to assure the cropping on your digital image will be to your exact specifications. Keep in mind when cropping a square negative to a rectangle format the output will be stored as a rectangular format. If you intend to get both square and rectangular prints from an individual negative, the negative must be carded as a square.

Natural Color will only accept digital imaging orders when accompanied with a minimum print order. Your Digital file is stored on our server indefinitely for future reorders.
